Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

At Happy Gorilla, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for changes of mind.

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your product, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please email us at shophappygorilla@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Photos of the product and packaging when applicable

Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund.

For quality issues, Printify requires photo evidence and generally allows issues to be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Size and color selection

Please carefully review the size chart and product information before placing your order.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges because of:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer
  • The customer changing their mind
  • The customer no longer wanting the product

Printify does not cover returns or exchanges for these situations.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production quickly. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel it.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
